Coming Soon — Corevaar is in development and not yet available
Your lifetime health steward

More living.
Not more managing.

Corevaar brings your whole health together, watches how it changes, and helps you and your family know what to do next.

The problem isn't a lack of health information

No one sees your whole health.
Corevaar does.

Your health exists across physicians, medications, labs, wearables, daily life, family, and home. Corevaar brings the pieces together into one evolving understanding of you.

Seven parts of a whole life

Not just your chart. All of you.

1

Medical

Clinical history, care teams, conditions and treatment.

2

Nutrition

What supports your health and daily life.

3

Mental Health

Emotional and cognitive wellbeing.

4

Social Connection

Relationships, community and engagement.

5

Physical Function

Mobility, strength and independence.

6

Family & Caregivers

The people supporting you.

7

Home Environment

The place where health actually happens.

One connected picture, not seven separate charts.

How it works

One clear picture.
A relationship that keeps evolving.

01

We get to know you.

Your health, life, goals, medications, clinicians, family, and environment.

02

Your Whole Health Portrait.

We organize what matters into one clear, connected understanding of you.

03

We keep watching.

Corevaar follows changes over time and helps surface what may matter.

04

We help you act.

You, your family, and your care team get the right guidance at the right time.

For you

More living.
Less managing.

You shouldn't have to become the project manager of your own healthcare. Corevaar helps you understand your health, stay ahead of meaningful changes, and navigate what comes next, while keeping you firmly in control.

For families

Peace of mind,
without hovering.

You don't need another dashboard full of data. You need to know: is Mom okay? Has something changed? Does someone need to act?

Corevaar helps the right people know when something matters, and when everything is okay.

For physicians

See the patient before
you see the patient.

Corevaar turns fragmented information into a coherent picture of what's happened between visits, helping care teams spend more time deciding and less time reconstructing the story.

For clinicians & partners

The clearest picture of your patient you've ever been handed.

Corevaar members arrive with something rare: a continuously updated, whole-person health picture, built across seven domains and kept current between visits. For the physicians, practices, and care organizations who serve them, that means briefings instead of cold starts, medication lists that agree with reality, and changes surfaced early instead of at the next appointment.

  • Physicians & medical groups
Pre-visit briefings, reconciled medication drafts, and a member picture that keeps your care plan working between visits.
  • Concierge & specialty practices
A whole-person layer around your clinical relationship, coordinated with your practice rather than around it.
  • Home health & senior living
Shared visibility into the members you serve, clear task-level coordination, and earlier signals when something changes.
  • Health systems & value-based care
Better-managed transitions and the longitudinal, whole-person insight that quality performance depends on. Partnerships opening as we scale.

Healthcare knows your diagnoses.

Your watch knows your steps.

Your pharmacy knows your medications.

Your family knows pieces of your life.

But no one knows the whole you.

Corevaar is being built to change that.

Our founder

Angela Deftos

Founder

Two decades inside healthcare made one problem impossible to ignore: even when people have excellent physicians and resources, no one is responsible for connecting the whole picture.

Angela is a healthcare operator who has led delivery across Stanford Medicine, Kaiser Permanente, and Optum, and has built physician organizations from inception. Her career has spanned academic medicine, physician organizations, value-based care, and healthcare operations.

Corevaar grew from both professional experience and a deeply human observation: families are too often left to assemble the pieces of healthcare themselves. The company is being built so individuals and families have something healthcare has never consistently provided, a trusted steward that understands the whole person and stays with them over time.

"Healthcare digitized records. Corevaar is building toward something more important: digitizing understanding, and putting it to work for people and families."

Founding advisors

The people and expertise to make it happen.

Corevaar is advised by clinicians, health system leaders, and technologists whose experience spans the problems the platform is built to solve.

Why Corevaar

It began with the people we love.

They had capable physicians. They had access to care. They had people who cared deeply. What they didn't have was anyone connecting the pieces.

Corevaar is designed by and for the people who care most: people managing their own health, the families looking out for them, and the clinicians who treat them.

No one should have to face healthcare alone.

Founding membership

Your health deserves someone
looking at the whole picture.

Corevaar is beginning with older adults and families in the Bay Area.

Corevaar, Inc. ("Corevaar," "we") operates this website. This policy describes what we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Corevaar membership services, when they launch, will operate under their own agreements and consents, designed for health information from the start.

What we collect

This site collects your email address when you join our early access list. Our contact and partner form, hosted by Tally, collects your name, email address, and anything you choose to write to us. Who else handles it

We work with a small number of service providers, each processing information only to deliver its service to us:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no analytics, advertising, or social media cookies, and runs no tracking pixels, session replay, or heat mapping. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and add a preference control before any such tool is enabled.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because this site does not track visitors across sites, and we do not sell or share personal information, browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals receive the same treatment every visitor receives: no tracking, no sale, no sharing. These signals are honored by design.

You may ask to review, correct, or delete the information you have given us at any time by writing to privacy@corevaar.com. We verify requests and respond within 45 days.

California residents also have the rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Our current practices involve no sale, no sharing, and no sensitive personal information collected through this site, so several of these protections apply automatically. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf; we will verify the request with you before acting on it.

Changes to this policy

When our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date, and note material changes here.
